Job Title: Hyperion Consultant Location: Tampa, FL Job Type: Contract Experience: 9-12 years Visa Type: H1B Eligible Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Hyperion Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Hyperion Planning, ePBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), and FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Services) to join our team. This position is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in financial consolidation, budgeting, planning, and reporting within cloud environments. The consultant will work closely with finance teams to implement, configure, and support Hyperion-based solutions. Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of EPBCS, FCCS, and Oracle Hyperion Planning systems to streamline financial reporting, consolidation, and budgeting processes. Financial Reporting & Budgeting: Ensure accurate financial consolidation and reporting, using Hyperion solutions to meet business needs and deadlines. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand financial data requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements. Support & Optimization: Provide ongoing support and optimization for the PBCS, EPBCS, and FCCS solutions, addressing system performance, integration, and reporting issues. System Integration: Integrate Hyperion solutions with other financial systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouses) to ensure seamless data flow and reporting. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance on Hyperion best practices and ensuring successful project delivery. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and any changes made to Hyperion solutions. Requirements: Experience: 9-12 years of experience working with Oracle Hyperion products, including Hyperion Planning, ePBCS, and FCCS. Strong Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial consolidation, close processes, and planning/budgeting within Oracle Hyperion. Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud-based financial solutions, specifically Oracles PBCS, EPBCS, and FCCS.
