Please find the job details below: Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Resource Location: Dallas, TX (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Lead / Architect with 15+ years of expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical and functional knowledge across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Recruiting, and Learning Management. This role requires strong leadership, implementation experience, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives for enterprise HCM solutions. Relevant exp: 5 yrs but should have Oracle background Job Description: 15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM solutions, with at least 8+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent, and Learning Management. Strong knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, Personalization's, BI Reports, and OTBI Analytics. Experience with Payroll implementations in Oracle Fusion HCM and integration with third-party payroll providers. Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP Web Services, Integration Cloud (OIC), and Fast Formulas for complex business rules. Strong understanding of security roles, approvals, workflows, and user access controls in Fusion HCM.
