Its related to extracting data from various sources into ServiceNow CMDB and creating dashboards within ServiceNow. Help manage CMDB health within ServiceNow Configuration item ingestion Monitoring the ETL jobs Dashboard development in ServiceNow tool Work with customers to address their concerns Analyze and resolve discrepancies in records, ensuring data accuracy in CMDB (ServiceNow) such as inaccurate data attributes, model mapping issues, data import errors, change impacts, and duplicate records. Apply strong technical knowledge in the implementation and management of Change, and Service Catalog processes to enhance CMDB integrity. Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CMDB updates, ensuring quality assurance. Update and manage Configuration Items (CIs), their attributes, and relationships within the CMDB using scripts, Import Sets, and Transform Maps Provide ongoing end-user support and issue resolution, ensuring timely troubleshooting and maintenance. Monitor key dashboards and action to maintain accurate and up-to-date metrics.
