Requirement Management Tools: Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms. Proven experience in defining requirements for multi-stakeholder solutions. Knowledge of public safety environments and/or experience working with NYC government. Familiarity with operations in police, fire, EMS, health, and human services organizations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Next Generation 911 (NG911) projects. Strong understanding of emergency response workflows.
