Neoload Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Years of experience- Over 8 to 10 years of experience in Performance testing & engineering Working with project stakeholders & Business analysts to ensure effective planning and requirements definition during initial phase of performance testing Perform thorough analysis of non-functional requirements gathered and create performance engineering strategy and benchmarking plan based on current and future workloads. Should be an individual contributor, own responsibility and able to handle project E2E. Should be good in NeoLoad and Dynatrace monitoring and root cause analysis. LR/Jmeter and other APM tools experience can be considered. Knowledge in Chaos Engineering concepts & methodology is mandate, Gremlin would be value add.
