Job role: Service now HRSD Consultant/ Business Analyst with HRSD (Hybrid ) Location; Princeton, NJ Visa: Only h1b Experience: Only 10+ Years Job description:- Business analysis for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), requirement gathering, process documentation, stakeholder management, and integration knowledge of Workday/SAP (good to have). Responsibilities: Gather and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow HRSD. Work closely with HR, IT, and key stakeholders to drive process improvements and automation. Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, create BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. Collaborate with the ServiceNow team to configure HRSD modules, workflows, and case management. Ensure smooth integration knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD with Workday and SAP (if applicable). Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to align business needs with technology solutions, hence good communication. Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and support project delivery.
