Transmit Security : Knowledge and experience with Transmit Security, a platform for identity and access management, which will be integral to this role. IAM (Identity and Access Management) : Expertise in IAM, including designing, implementing, and managing user identities and access across systems. Data Security : A strong background in Data Security, ensuring the protection and integrity of the data within the organization. Cyber Security : A solid understanding of Cyber Security principles, techniques, and tools to safeguard against cyber threats, particularly in IAM solutions. Security Management : Experience in Security Management frameworks and practices, ensuring organizational security standards are met and maintained. Required Skills: These are additional skills that are highly needed, but may not be strictly mandatory: Identity Lifecycle Management : Expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control. Access Management : Strong experience in Access Management, ensuring systems and data access is granted based on least privilege principles. Compliance and Audit : Understanding of relevant regulations and standards for Compliance and Audit related to IAM practices, ensuring alignment with internal and external audit requirements. Risk Management : Ability to identify and mitigate risks related to identity and access management and ensure the implementation of controls to prevent unauthorized access. Technical Skills : Azure IAM : Experience with Azure IAM services. Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA : Knowledge of key IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol), SSO (Single Sign-On), and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). Azure B2C XML Framework : Familiarity with Azure B2C XML Framework for implementing IAM solutions. Certifications : Relevant security certifications like CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) are preferred. Key Responsibilities: IAM for Developer Portal : Design and implement a comprehensive IAM solution for Nexus's Developer portal using Azure B2C and the Azure B2C XML Framework. Access Management : Oversee user access management, ensuring secure and appropriate access to systems and data. Identity Lifecycle Management : Ensure proper management of user identities across systems with role-based access and lifecycle protocols. Compliance : Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards, and assist in audit processes. Risk Mitigation : Identify and mitigate risks related to identity and access management, ensuring proper security measures are in place. Collaboration : Work with IT, security teams, and business units to understand IAM needs and provide solutions. Qualifications: Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Experience : At least 10+ years of experience in IAM and a focus on implementing IAM solutions. Certifications : CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable. Technical Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies like Azure B2C, Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA, and Azure IAM. Soft Skills : Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams. Summary: The role demands highly specialized expertise in IAM, particularly with tools like Azure B2C, Transmit Security, and managing user access and identities.
