Analyse business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, analysing the information and being able to document an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business processes.
Provide estimates, impact analyses, feasibility assessments for SAP based solutions for customer requirements. Confidence and ability to make recommendations for the selection of appropriate SAP business processes to meet client requirements effectively.
Perform solution configuration in the following SD Module
Master data
Sales order processing (MTO and MTS)
Pricing
Intercompany sales
Shipment Process (Shipment, Shipment Cost, PO and Service entry sheet etc)
Integration knowledge on warehouse management
LSMW, LTMC & LTMOM
Develop process models based on business requirements to determine the completeness of the information and process components.
Designing solutions and Functional specifications.
Discuss with business users in gathering requirement of Change Request and prepare functional specification as well as carry out a necessary review with business.
Functionality Testing: Carry out Unit Test, System Integration Test, and its related documentation.
Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and be comfortable in working under the pressure of tight project deadlines independently.
Support user in carrying out User Acceptance Test
Provide training to users whenever necessary.
Working closely with different teams (e.g.: Basis, ABAP, other modules, SAP support or 3rd party) to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.
Familiar with Cut over & Data migration for Rollout / Implementation
Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to associates or third parties to maintain their productivity level (including international and fourth level break/fix support).
Act as liaison between customer business stakeholders and IT team members.
Should be flexible to work in different time zones when required.
Should have extensive experience in S4HANA. Last 2 projects should be on S4HANA
Should have very strong knowledge on interfaces, IDOC, EDI, User exits and Enhancements etc.
