Job Title: Senior Data Engineer (Informatica MDM, PowerCenter, IDQ) Santa Clara,CA / h1b Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with a strong background in implementing and managing Informatica MDM, Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, and IDQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of hands-on experience in the field, as well as a deep understanding of data management principles and technologies. The role requires both technical proficiency and excellent analytical skills to support our organization's data initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM, Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, and IDQ. Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines for large-scale data integration projects. Design and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that support organizational objectives. Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security. Ensure data governance and data quality standards are upheld throughout data engineering processes. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Required Skills and Experience: 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with a strong focus on Informatica MDM, Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, and IDQ. Deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) principles and functionalities. Proficient in developing ETL workflows and optimizing data pipelines. Strong knowledge of data integration, data quality, and data governance frameworks. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated experience in managing large datasets and data-intensive systems. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
