Key Responsibilities Include Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements. Perform functional and non-functional testing (e.g., regression, performance, user acceptance). Execute manual or automated tests to ensure the software meets both business and technical requirements. Facilitate UAT sessions by helping business users test and validate the solution before production. Perform both positive and negative testing according to the scenario. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on the progress of testing, issues, and resolutions. Maintain traceability of business requirements through testing to ensure all requirements are met. Document test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to the team. Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and tools. Ability to clearly convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to spot discrepancies between requirements and the proposed solution. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and address issues. Previous history or familiarity with State of Ohio systems. Previous history or familiarity with systems serving Early Care and Education programs. Previous history or familiarity with Ohio Benefits.
