About the job: We are looking for a Senior Payroll Consultant with 5+ years of payroll experience including 3+ years of experience with ADP Workforce Now. Consultant will support our client's payroll processing for approximately 2,000 employees, including pay changes and data validations as needed. Responsibilities : Work independently to reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly Collaborate with other teams to ensure payroll processing occurs in a timely manner Record all payroll journal & benefit entries, calculate and record Incentive Accruals Reconcile payroll general ledger accounts on a monthly basis Support data mapping from ADP general ledger interface to SAP Understand multi-state tax jurisdictions Maintain ADP WFN HRIS System validation tables, system security, time & attendance, payroll codes Calculate Incentive Accruals, pro-rated pay, and PTO payouts Perform audits on employee data Create custom reports in ADP as needed Respond promptly and courteously to all inquiries from employees and management Maintain employee records/information on an ongoing basis while maintaining confidentiality and protecting payroll data Qualifications : BA/BS degree in Accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred A minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting and/or payroll experience A minimum of 3 years of ADP experience Experience with SAP preferred Knowledge and project experience in SAP SuccessFactors (EC or EC-P) is preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required General Knowledge of Human Resources Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with accounting principles and practices Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Skills : Accounting SAP ERP SAP Successfactors Payroll Processing Human Resources (HR) Payroll Administration General Ledgers ADP Payroll ADP Workforce Thanks & Regards, Vikas Chaudhary Technical Recruiter Email: vikas@dmsvisions.com Linkedin : linkedin.com/in/vikas-chaudhary-922276346 Phone : 972-645-0989 Ext : 109 DMS Vision ,INC 4645 Avon Lane, Suite 210 Frisco, TX 75033 Keywords: business analyst Texas Senior Payroll Consultant || No h1B || 6+ Months Project || Austin TX || Hybrid vikas@dmsvisions.com https://shorturl.at/i6UrN https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2186481&uid= |
