The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), strong configuration skills, and experience in full-cycle SAP implementations.Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions to support business requirements. Work on end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and production support. Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO system configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.). Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests. Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot SAP FICO-related issues. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices. Support SAP S/4HANA Finance migration and optimization.Required Skills: 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience. Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Financial Planning. Strong knowledge of SAP integration with SD, MM, PP, and other modules. Experience with SAP configuration, customizing, and enhancement development. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred. Knowledge of SAP FIORI applications and UI5 is a plus. Ability to write functional specifications for custom developments. Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
