Duration: 12 Months
Location: Atlanta, GA (Fully Onsite)

Job description:
Sr. Technical Analyst to join our successful Contact Center Applications
team in Atlanta, GA.
Job Overview:
Should have 10+ years of experience in total in application
development and at least 2 -3 years of experience in Contact Center
space preferably chatbot
Candidate should have strong knowledge of Node.js
Should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience on GC
Should have hands on experience at least of 2 years in Google DFCX and
integrating DFCX agent with Cloud runs
Better to have knowledge of UJET & Google DFCX integration
Configure and optimize UJET systems to meet business requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UJET configurations,
integrations, and workflows
Experience in CI/CD is required
Should be able to coordinate with multiple SI partners and other teams
in Cox
Should be able to follow Agile Scrum cadence and have Jira knowledge
Hes backed off the UJET requirements.
