RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Develop process maps, Visio diagrams, and procedural workflows, ensuring clarity and functionality. Identify decision points and streamline business processes across multiple teams. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and functional specifications. Collaborate with Agile teams, product owners, and developers to drive process improvements. Maintain all documentation within Jira, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals. Facilitate cross-functional discussions to ensure workflows meet business and operational needs. Support system implementations, process changes, and enhancements within workflow automation tools such as Pega or similar platforms. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on workflow optimization and process automation. Experience with Pega or other workflow automation tools. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including working within 2-week sprints and writing user stories. Hands-on experience with Jira for documentation and workflow tracking. Expertise in process modeling tools like Visio or similar. Strong understanding of decision point analysis and cross-functional team workflows. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership. Relevant certifications in Agile, Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA), or Process Improvement (Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
