Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to maintain high code quality and performance. System Architecture: Define and implement system architecture to ensure scalability, security, and reliability. Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and introduce new technologies and practices to improve development efficiency. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to application performance and reliability. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for development and deployment processes.o Ability to identify and prioritize the organizations functional and technical needs and requirements. Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
