Role: AI/ML Architect / Level 6 Location: USA- Remote Who are we looking for A 10+ years of experience in Technology. AI/ML Architect Network Automation & Data Strategy (NOC Operations) This role, part of the Network Operations Center (NOC) team, will be responsible for the Network Monitoring function supporting Care Delivery Organizations (CDOs). This position may include travel of up to 25% of the time as needed based on business requirements. Technical Skills: Must have Skills 10+ Years of experience in Technology Data Strategy and Automation Framework Background in AI / ML 5+ Years of experience in design first approach with reference architectures 5+ years ex Remote perience in Automation suite of products including Git, CI/CD Pipelines and Kafka 5+ years of experience in Snowflake, Apache Airflow and ETL tools (cumulative across these products) Nice to have Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Responsibilities Lead architecture and automation efforts. Act as a liaison between the NOC team and the Software Engineering team to design mock-ups. Review and understand the big picture, engage with customers and the NOC team, and recommend key focus areas to transform the automation framework. Define the data strategy for use in LLM (AI/ML) for chatbot capabilities. Demonstrate familiarity with CI/CD principles and Kafka streaming solutions to design real-time NOC-focused CDO dashboards. Build reusable reference architectures for enterprise-scale CDO dashboards. Domain Skills: Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle Process Skills: Capable of analyzing requirements as per project defined software process. Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews) Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute for the problem solving. Behavioral Skills : Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
