Job Title: Incident Manager

Location: Hartford, CT (Work from Office)
Duration: Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:
Must Have Good communication Skills, Analytical and Time Management
Good to Have ITIL Certification

Expectation from Role:
1 Overseeing the incident management process and team members involved in resolving the incident.
2 Responding to a reported service incident, identifying the cause, and initiating the incident management process.
3 Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business.
4 Communicating with upper management if major issues are found in the IT system.
5 Managing the incident team members by re-assigning workloads and re-scheduling non-urgent tasks.
