Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst ServiceNow HRSD to join our team and drive the successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR process transformation, HR technology solutions, and ServiceNow HRSD, working closely with business and technical teams to define requirements, streamline HR workflows, and enhance the employee experience.

Job Description:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in HR technology or HR process transformation.
2+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery) implementation or support.
Strong understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle, case management, knowledge management, and service catalogs.
Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and integrating them with ServiceNow.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis methodologies.
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform functionalities, HRSD modules, and best practices for configuration and customization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with HR, IT, and ServiceNow developers.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
