Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or equivalent). Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Provide any skills Examples: Previous supervisory experience, WebLogic experience helpful, etc. PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification. Experience with state government agencies or regulatory environments. Familiarity with business registration, filing systems, or campaign finance processes. Any direct experience or working knowledge of the Mississippi Secretary of State's systems and business operations will be considered highly beneficial.
