Express Route monitoring and efficient management R&D of current and emerging cloud technologies Evaluation and POCs for core infrastructure and application teams needs Design and Evangelism of patterns and reference architectures Vendor management and engagement within the cloud services domain Provides system analysis and recommended solutions for environment performance needs. Plan, implement and support core infrastructure with an overall objective to improve the scalability, reliability, performance, and availability of the cloud infrastructure. Administrates the cloud enrollment and subscription process. Monitors and escalates engineering issues to architecture team when required. Ensures system performance, uptime and support levels meet or exceed SLAs. Assists project teams with capacity planning, cloud service offerings, and deployments.
