Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of software development, systems engineering, and/or IT infrastructure. Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary Card conversion projects and leading cross-functional teams to successful completion. Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, with the ability to adapt to different team needs. Ability to create and manage detailed data conversion project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on practical and scalable solutions. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities. Research and properly evaluate sources of information to determine possible limitations in reliability or usability Driving the conversion data mapping workshops, transformation requirements and selection criteria mappings for data extraction.
