Key Responsibilities: Engage with business stakeholders in the banking domain to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for new or improved systems and processes. Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to improve operations within banking systems (Core Banking, Payments, Risk, etc.). Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams. Conduct requirements workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure thorough understanding of business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product managers, and developers, to implement technology solutions in the banking domain. Analyze and document business workflows, use cases, and process models. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test plans and executing test cases. Create clear, comprehensive reports and dashboards for business stakeholders to track project progress. Ensure that the solutions adhere to banking regulations, compliance, and security standards. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Provide post-implementation support and assist with system optimizations. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking/Financial Services industry. Solid understanding of banking systems, such as Core Banking, Payment Processing, and Risk Management. Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and managing project timelines. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management practices in the banking industry (e.g., Dodd-Frank, Basel III).
