Proven track record in leading transformative projects within the financial services industry, particularly in the cards & payment space. Strong knowledge of BIAN, card products, payment systems, customer experience management, and industry regulations for US market. Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications Exceptional BA skills, with experience in working with Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Proficiency in card business process analysis and digital transformation strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Title: Mainframe COBOL Location: Omaha, NE (5 Days Onsite) Job Description: Technical Skills: Coding Test is Mandatory for this role. Should have experience in Mainframe Application Development along with strong hands-on Cobol , JCL, VSAM, Db2 and Mainframe Utilities CICS. Ability to design, code, unit test, turnover, implement and support the changes. Experience with Payments or Cards Domain (Good To Have) Functional Skills: Strong ability to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specification. Ability to design, code, unit test, turnover, implement and support the changes. Writing and executing the unit test scenarios/cases to ensure the code quality and reliability. Deep understanding of all lifecycle components (code, test, deploy) Troubleshooting and debugging code to resolve technical issues. Optimizing application performance to ensure efficient use of software resources.
