Job Duties & Responsibilities: Work closely with developers and partner teams to achieve project goals. Engage in SCRUM ceremonies and provide relevant updates. Document software programs and modules clearly. Offer customer support by troubleshooting and resolving production issues. Write secure, functional, and testable code that meets use cases. Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Contribute as a peer tester to ensure sprint objectives are met. Document technical and non-technical details clearly in JIRA tickets. Mandatory Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related discipline with at least 7 years of related experience, or equivalent training and/or work experience. Expert with software engineering with 7+ years of hands-on experience directly delivering maintainable high-quality software. Desired SkillsRequired Skills: Angular and Frontend Development Database Expertise: Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems Expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails for building robust backend systems. Proficiency in Angular and end-to-end application development. More than 5 years of experience developing web applications, microservices, and other components using modern web frameworks and REST APIs. Experience with containers (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes). Proficiency in designing, deploying, and managing applications on AWS Cloud infrastructure. Leveraging AWS services for scalable and reliable application development (e.g., S3, RDS, Lambda). Ability to write secure, functional, and testable code for both front-end and back-end development. Technical and Collaboration Skills: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, peer programming, and Agile methodologies Highly Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot for legacy system support. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth2 and JWT. Knowledge of scalable architecture and performance optimization.
