This role requires expertise in sourcing, procurement, contract management, supplier collaboration, and accounts payable operations. Key responsibilities include: Assessing and improving the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization. Collaborating with procurement, finance, and IT teams to standardize and automate sourcing and procurement workflows. Implementing best practices in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and spend analytics. Supporting Customers digital transformation by integrating S2P platforms, SAP, Coupa, JDE. IBM Mainframes, M3, Maximo and AI-driven procurement tools. Ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements, including supplier risk management and ESG initiatives. Enhancing supplier collaboration, performance monitoring, and procurement visibility through data analytics and dashboards. Driving cost savings, risk mitigation, and procurement efficiency through process automation and optimization. Providing training and knowledge transfer to procurement teams on best-in-class sourcing and procurement strategies. Essential Skills: Strong Source-to-Pay process knowledge, including procurement, supplier management, contract management, and accounts payable. Experience with S2P platforms like SAP, Coupa, Maximo or similar procurement solutions Expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier negotiation. Knowledge of procurement compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks. Hands-on experience in process optimization, workflow automation, and spend analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess procurement bottlenecks and recommend improvements. Ability to work across cross-functional teams, collaborating with procurement, finance, IT, and supply chain teams.
