The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, J2EE, JSF, React JS, Node JS, Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle WebLogic, along with expertise in SQL and PL/SQL. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can work independently, handle complex tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Leadership experience and a creative problem-solving approach are highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Research, design, develop, implement, and manage software programs. Test and evaluate new software applications for functionality and performance. Collaborate with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and system analysts. Develop and maintain custom Java applications and RESTful/SOAP web services. Ensure software meets web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0). Work with Oracle databases and use SQL, PL/SQL for database queries. Utilize Agile methodologies for software development projects. Perform unit testing and functional testing in integration environments. Provide ongoing support for software during the testing cycle and post-production. Contribute to the Childcare Licensing Automation Support System (CLASS) enhancements and deployments through FY 2025. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, JSF, React JS, Node JS, Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle WebLogic. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with database query languages (SQL, PL/SQL). Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks. Experience in leading and mentoring junior developers.
