ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Configure, customize, integrate and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform as it relates to ITSM, ITOM, Service Portal, Workflows, and other functions to meet business needs. Perform ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB maintenance Create and implement workflows, Business rules, client scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Portal Pages, report setup, and data imports and exports. Perform daily administration, troubleshooting, and resolution of any issues arising in the ServiceNow environment. Work in and agile methodology and participate in agile ceremonies providing insight and expertise in level of effort, timeline, and status updates Excellent communications skills required verbally and written with all levels of IT and business management SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS Expertise and experience with ServiceNow and a focus on experience with one or more of the following modules ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM is required.
