Position: Hyperion Consultant (EPBCS, FCCS, Financial Consolidation & Close Services) Location: Tampa, FL (Day 1 On-site)(Local Prefer) Experience: 9-12 yearsJob Description: We are seeking an experienced Hyperion Consultant with a strong background in EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service), and expertise in financial consolidation, budgeting, and reporting. As a consultant, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Hyperion applications to meet the business and financial reporting needs of our clients.Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of EPBCS and FCCS, ensuring effective financial consolidation, budgeting, planning, and reporting across multiple entities. Financial Consolidation and Close: Provide expertise in financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and close processes using FCCS, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Planning and Budgeting: Use EPBCS, Oracle PBCS, and ePBCS for detailed budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, integrating financial data from various business units. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements in the financial close and consolidation processes, implementing best practices to streamline operations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with finance teams to understand requirements for financial reporting and planning, ensuring the solutions meet business needs. Training & Support: Provide training to end-users on best practices for using Hyperion applications and offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system upgrades as needed. System Integration: Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of EPBCS, FCCS, and other Oracle Hyperion applications with ERP systems and other financial tools. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation on system configurations, process flows, user manuals, and technical specifications. Testing and Validation: Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that configurations meet requirements and deliver high-quality, error-free outputs.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications in Oracle Hyperion are a plus. Experience: 9-12 years of experience as a Hyperion Consultant, with a focus on EPBCS, FCCS, and financial consolidation solutions. Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Close and Consolidation Services (FCCS), EPBCS, and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS). Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Experience with Oracle Hyperion EPM Suite, including Essbase, HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), and FDMEE (Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition).
