This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the Salesforce platform aligns with business objectives. Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Define system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end states and deliver a solution. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and team members. Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and development processes are followed. Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications. Document technical processes and system configurations. 5 + Years as a lead and a total of 10 years of Salesforce experience. Required 5/10 Preferred Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Required Proven experience in a leadership or tech lead role. Required Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, Gov Cloud, Public Sector Foundation etc.) Required Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Required Experience with Omni Studio. Required Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and APIs. Required Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD (Flosum/ Copado etc.) and version control systems. Required Understanding of Salesforces data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items. Required Familiarity with Salesforce data tools and ETL tools. Required Excellent problem-solving and communication skills and attention to detail. Required Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer).
