The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance practices, accessibility testing tools, and a deep understanding of ADA standards. This position requires hands-on experience with various testing tools and the ability to lead a team of testers in ensuring that products meet accessibility standards and provide solutions for improvements. Key Responsibilities: Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing using ADA tools and standards (e.g., WAVE, JAWS, axe, ANDI). Lead and collaborate with QA teams to ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0, 2.1 level AA) for digital products. Utilize assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, and Talkback across various devices, browsers, and operating systems. Provide solutions and best practices for accessibility testing to development and testing teams. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure digital products meet conformance levels within agile projects. Mentor and provide direction to junior testers, ensuring efficient testing processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve accessibility issues and implement improvements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst with expertise in quality assurance methodology and practices. Proficiency in automated test tools and test management tools like Jira or GitLab. Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools and standards. 5+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise conformance. Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in leading and providing direction to QA testers. Familiarity with agile methodologies.
