The ideal candidate will have expertise in EHS software solutions with strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and sustainability reporting. Experience with Sphera or TRACT is a strong plus.Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze EHS processes, compliance requirements, and operational challenges. Configure and optimize EHS solutions to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices. Provide subject matter expertise in incident management, risk assessment, compliance tracking, audits, and sustainability reporting. Lead requirement gathering, system design, and implementation for EHS applications. Support EHS software integration with IoT platforms, MES, or ERP systems. Analyze existing documentation practices and propose optimization strategies to meet regulatory requirements. Collaborate with IT, operations, and compliance teams to improve EHS processes.Required Skills: Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, compliance reporting, and risk management in manufacturing or agribusiness. Experience working on EHS software solutions to meet business needs. Familiarity with data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools for EHS performance tracking. Ability to work in cross-functional teams with IT, operations, and compliance departments. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Desirable Skills: Hands-on experience with Sphera or similar EHS platforms. Experience integrating EHS software with IoT platforms, MES, or ERP systems. Knowledge of food safety standards, sustainability initiatives, and operational environments. Understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Total Process Safety (TPS) methodologies.
