Your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining AEM features, components, and templates. You will work closely with UX, design, and other developers to ensure scalability, security, and performance. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, support team goals, and continuously improve IT platforms based on retail technology trends. You will also be responsible for developing functional and technical documentation and designs for assigned projects, ensuring that implementations meet the required scalability and reliability for A&F eCommerce operations. Qualifications : The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or equivalent experience, with 6+ years in a related field and at least 4 years in AEM 6.x development. Extensive knowledge of AEM architecture, workflows, and security is required, along with experience in Java/J2EE development, web development, and CI/CD tools. Strong TDD skills and experience. Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Additionally, experience with AEM Core components, Asset Management, and using main AEM consoles like authoring environment, CRX DE, Package Manager, Users Administration Area, and OSGi consoles is highly desirable.
