Develop strategies for data masking, data subsetting, synthetic data generation, and data profiling. Design and implement TDM solutions for both on-premises and cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations by implementing robust data obfuscation techniques. Work with Broadcom Test Data Manager (CA TDM), BMC File Aid, X9 Assist, and Voltage tools to facilitate secure and efficient test data provisioning. Data Integration & Automation: Lead data integration and migration projects, including mainframe to UNIX migrations. Implement Informatica IICS-based data integration solutions and optimize performance for DB2 and cloud storage. Develop Python-based automation scripts for data provisioning and validation. Implement and maintain Docker-based test data environments. Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with QA teams, developers, and business analysts to define test data requirements. Oversee test data reservation, golden copy creation, and environment refresh cycles. Provide guidance and mentorship to TDM engineers and QA teams. Drive continuous improvements, innovation, and automation in TDM best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 13+ years in Test Data Management, Test Data Engineering, and Mainframe Development. Tools & Technologies: Broadcom TDM, BMC File Aid, X9 Assist, Voltage. Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, Greenplum, Hadoop Hive. AWS cloud-based data obfuscation. COBOL, JCL, Scripting, Python, Java. Middleware and API testing (SOAP UI, RESTful APIs, Web Services). Ansible & Puppet for automation. Version Control & Defect Management: Experience with HP ALM, JIRA, MKS, ChangeMan, Endevor. Automation & Process Optimization: Expertise in automation frameworks and Excel Macros for test data management.
