SAP-Incentives - Work location: Remote - Will this role work remote/In Office/Hybrid REMOTE - Does the resource have to be Local: No - Does this role have any Visa Restrictions No - Primary job duties/responsibilities: As an VISTEX SME for SAP run support (AMS work) you will be responsible for daily health checks, monitoring system health, batch job health. Working daily incidents and tasks to resolve issues. Supporting 9am to 9pm est for on call as needed for Production support issues. Providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in SAP Vistex is required.
