Overview: Our client is undergoing a major transformation, upgrading our SAP ERP solution from ECC to SAP S4 HANA, EAM - Enterprise Asset Management. We are seeking an SAP S4 HANA EAM Consultant to support the operations side of the business. This role will focus on the S4 HANA solution over the next two years while ensuring system stability, documenting solutions, and engaging with both business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Support SAP S4 HANA EAM implementation, ensuring seamless transformation and business adoption. Perform hands-on functional configuration and design in SAP (S4 HANA preferred). Collaborate with the external implementation integrator and internal technical teams. Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, blueprinting, documentation, and testing. Provide production and delivery support to maintain system stability. Engage with business units across operations to address SAP-related needs. Required Qualifications: 5-7 years of SAP experience, with at least one full SAP implementation. Hands-on experience with SAP EAM and functional configuration/design. Strong experience in business process analysis and SAP blueprinting. Bachelors degree required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the utilities, energy, or oil/gas industry. Knowledge of SAP Asset Manager, Field Service Management, and GIS integrations.
