EDIFECS Lead Frisco, TX (Local for Onsite or Remote) Contract Job Description Technical Skills: Java, EDIFECS, SpecBuilder, XESuite, Dashboards, Transaction Management, FHIR Requirements: 5+ years of overall experience with EDI technologies. 5+ years of experience working directly in a Healthcare payer or healthcare providers EDI solution that involves upgrades or migration of EDI technologies. 5+ years of experience with Healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) mapping and EDI analysis. 5+ Experience using Edifecs toolset, Edifecs SpecBuilder, Edifecs MapBuilder, Edifecs XEngine, Edifecs XEngine Server, Edifecs Transactions Management, Edifecs, Trading Partner Management Edifecs Application Manager (EAM), Edifecs GBD repository, HIPAA X12, Unix/Linux Java Understanding of EDI Transactions. Experience working in Edifecs 8.4 or more Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail. Work within the EDIFECS tools for migration. Role Responsibilities: Foster and maintain a healthy collaboration between teams, ensure transparent and strategic communication between teams and manage timely resolution of escalations. Review project artifacts to confirm alignment with project requirements, scope and timelines, identifying product enhancements as needed. Create and manage project and proposal plans, documentation, content, estimates. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including delivery team, product development, customer support, and other teams, to ensure smooth implementation, integration and delivery of agreed upon solutions and scope and set up and follow triage process with internal departments to manage problem resolution process. Develop project plans by partnering with Customer and Edifecs leads/stakeholder and monitor progress against these plans. Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation and ensure consistently excellent delivery and effective communication. Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their business needs, objectives, and expectations and leverage these to influence processes and other necessary aspects to ensure Customer success. Ensure that the implementation teams are aligned with customer requirements and agreed upon scope and that any deviations are promptly communicated and addressed using change control process. Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify, assess, and resolve issues effectively.
