The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kinaxis RR, a strong understanding of forecasting techniques, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize demand planning efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage forecasting models to improve demand planning accuracy. Support the demand planning process, ensuring alignment with business goals. Leverage Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR) to analyze and optimize supply chain performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive demand planning efficiency. Implement best practices in forecasting and supply chain analytics. Identify and resolve forecasting discrepancies and process inefficiencies.Required Skills: 8-10 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting. Hands-on expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR). Strong understanding of forecasting techniques and demand planning strategies. Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Desirable Skills: Experience integrating Kinaxis RR with ERP systems. Knowledge of supply chain analytics and optimization techniques. Familiarity with machine learning models for demand forecasting.
