As a Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify operational opportunities and lead the design and implementation of business systems solutions. Utilizing deep expertise in products, regulations, and administrative systems, you will drive efficiency and operational improvements. Essential Job Functions: Solution Design: Develop and implement solutions for complex operational challenges, leveraging business systems expertise to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Process & Application Development: Lead the creation of processes, applications, and models essential for achieving operational goals. Regulatory & Product Impact Analysis: Monitor regulations and product changes, assessing their impact on business systems and ensuring necessary updates to applications and processes. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality control processes and maintain system integrity. Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing. Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of relevant technical and/or business experience. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Expert-level technical skills in: Insurance product features and mechanics. Programming concepts (XML, JSON, Java). ACORD standards. Microsoft Excel (including VBA). eApplication platforms: Zinnia (AN4 & AMP), iPipeline (Affirm), Hexure (FireLight). Relevant industry regulations.
