Must be willing to travel once they go live to NJ/IL and sometimes Seattle. Client will pay expenses. MOI: Skype Job Description: This role is working with the business delivery team not working with the customers IT team. Understands EWM Processes, Inbound, Kitting, Production, Inventory processes, Replenishment ETC. This customer does some weird processes for outbound that are very Custom. Create clear, concise documentation outlining system processes and workflows. Develop and manage test scripts, offering support to end users throughout the creation and execution phases. Experience with ALM is a plus. Should be relatable to end users and experience working in a warehouse environment. Ensure test scripts are user-friendly and easy for end users to understand. Deliver effective end-user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools. Provide expertise in warehouse operations and assist with supporting production operations to maintain seamless workflows. Apply knowledge of PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), and master data management to meet business needs.
