Mentor and provide leadership to junior team members | Top Five Skills Required | min 7 years in the role of SQL/Server DBA in an enterprise environment Strong Health Plan background Recent experience in data modeling using tools like Erwin Experience with ETL for data transformation and integration Advanced level of creating complex SQL Queries Expertise in working with different types of data (JSON/XML/HL7/etc.) and heterogeneous data sources from web/cloud-based solutions to Data Lakes or warehouses Experience with routine or special database software upgrades, maintenance, security audits, and patches Experience with data and database backup and recovery, system performance, monitoring, and security.
