Job Description we are currently in need of a Business Analyst contract resource to assist with driving some discovery & definition work for a project within our Store domain. Ideally, the candidate would be nearshore/onshore as this work will require interaction with our store team during the standard daily hours. Some of the key things we would be looking for in a skill set: Systems Analysis: Proven ability to analyze IT systems, including their functionality, performance, and business impact, to recommend changes such as consolidation, retirement, or restructuring. Business Process Mapping: Ability to map and analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to improve operations and reduce costs. Data Analysis: Strong skills in gathering and analyzing data from multiple systems, and providing actionable insights to business leaders. Communication & Presentation Skills : Ability to translate technical information into business language and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations for IT system improvements. Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., IT teams, retail operations, business leaders) to gather data and requirements for system evaluation. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system analysis, findings, and recommendations. Assist with the development of business cases for the implementation of proposed changes. Support the presentation of findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
