Needs to be assertive. The details technically have not changed, just need a person that has the qualities I ve mentioned. Someone with lead skills and very hands on He needs a jack of all trades person, someone that can own the initiatives, figure out the lay of the land and not be dependent on others getting the job done. The client is not going to assemble a team for this consultant to complete the work, this consultant will wear the day to day hat, get the job done hat and their strategy hat. Must have a sense of urgency and be able to communicate effectively with Leaders, Team Members, Business side etc They need a take charge type of attitude that can figure issues out and resolve them without going to the manager every time. This will be the same interview process. Step 1 meet with my internal person, Step 2 Meet with client manager. Hes being very picky which he needs to be for this. So to boil it down, need a very Sr. Service Now person that can take the initiative to resolve issues, look at the landscape and be a though leader and has the technical ability and confidence to jump in and go Following are the specifics 12+ yrs of experience implementing multiple modules of ServiceNow, specifically ITSM, HRSD, B2B Workflows Strong healthcare experience Successfully implemented ServiceNow as the self service tool for employees to use for day to day service management capabilities Experience with improving process and reducing operating cost by implementing workflows Has leveraged ServiceNow as a Knowledge Mgmt capabilities including KCS methodology Full stack technologist who has experience implementing projects with minimal to no dependencies Can be analyst, engineer, tester, PM as needed and can wear multiple hats Experience integrating with other applications like Work Day, Salesforce and other Payer specific apps Has experience with latest AI capabilities in ServiceNow Extensive hands on experience with development in the ServiceNow framework Keywords: artificial intelligence information technology golang ServiceNow Architect Urgent - with healthcare experience [email protected] |
