The Program Manager will drive the transformation of IT governance processes and deliver key strategic projects for organizational success. Lead the implementation of the COBIT framework across the organization, ensuring the integration of IT governance principles and practices. Develop and manage the governance and management processes outlined in COBIT. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of COBIT-related projects, ensuring that project objectives are met within budget, scope, and timeline. Evaluate and improve IT governance processes based on the COBIT framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, risk management strategies, and business outcomes. Ensure that the organization adheres to regulatory and industry standards related to IT governance, including cybersecurity and data privacy regulations. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and maturity of the COBIT implementation. Prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Required skills and experiences Strong understanding of COBIT principles and practices. Experienced and skilled in IT governance, risk management, and process improvement. Good years of experience in managing or implementing COBIT or similar IT governance frameworks. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects. COBIT certification (e.g., COBIT 5 or COBIT 2019) is a plus Familiarity with other IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST) is a plus.
