As a team leader, their key responsibilities include: Single Point of Contact for Infrastructure Activities : act as the central resource for all infrastructure-related tasks, ensuring streamlined communication and accountability. Ownership and Accountability : Taking full responsibility for infrastructure-related tasks and ensuring their successful and timely execution. Infrastructure Connectivity Management : Serving as the primary point of contact for all infrastructure connectivity activities, ensuring alignment with project goals. Project Coordination and Timeline Management : Collaborating with CJIS and PMO members to understand project timelines, proactively addressing potential delays, and meeting all deadlines. Coordination with Interface Partners : Engaging with partners to facilitate connectivity and ensure project requirements are met effectively. Network Connectivity Documentation & IP Management : Maintaining high-level network connectivity documentation.
