The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on On-Prem, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). This role requires expertise in architecting scalable and efficient ServiceNow environments while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions, particularly for on-premises deployments. Lead the implementation and customization of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules within ServiceNow. Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with business requirements and IT strategies. Develop integration strategies for ServiceNow with enterprise applications and third-party tools. Provide technical leadership, best practices, and governance for ServiceNow development teams. Conduct system assessments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to optimize platform efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to ensure best practices and regulatory compliance. Stay updated with ServiceNow advancements and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role. Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM implementations. Hands-on experience with on-premises ServiceNow deployments and integrations. Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflows, and UI policies. Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Orchestration. Knowledge of cloud and hybrid infrastructure models. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CAD, or CSA) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Familiarity with automation, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to ITSM and ITOM.
