Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Talent Management modules and their integration with other HCM modules. Proven experience in leading at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including multi-country deployments. Experience providing support for at least two production support projects. Strong functional knowledge of the Transaction Console. Excellent understanding of US and Canadian business processes related to payroll, year-end, and start-of-year activities. Solid experience with requirement gathering, cloud configuration, system testing, and SIT/UAT support. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integration platforms. Experience with data migration tools and techniques. Oracle Cloud HCM certifications. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 8-12 years of experience delivering in a similar role within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
