Please have a look at below JD and share relevant profiles to [email protected] Job Title: Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Location: Remote Duration: Contract Clearance: Must be eligible for IRS background check (MBI Clearance) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to support an IRS client in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Pega-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Pega PRPC, Pega frameworks, and industry best practices in BPM, Case Management, and Decisioning solutions. The role requires strong leadership in architecture, solution design, and hands-on development while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and security standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement robust Pega-based applications to support IRS business processes and modernization efforts. 2. Provide architectural leadership and best practices in Pega PRPC, Case Management, and Business Process Management (BPM). 3. Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to Pega design and coding standards. 4. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather and define requirements. 5. Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of Pega applications. 6. Ensure compliance with IRS security and governance policies in solution design and development. 7. Develop reusable components and frameworks for enterprise-wide Pega solutions. 8. Support Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery. 9. Document architecture, design decisions, and technical solutions for knowledge sharing and compliance. Required Qualifications: 1. LCA (Lead System Architect) Certification Mandatory. 2. 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development and architecture. 3. Hands-on experience with Pega 8.x or later versions. 4. Strong expertise in Pega frameworks, Case Management, Decisioning, and integrations (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML). 5. Experience with Pega security models, authentication, and authorization mechanisms. 6. Knowledge of federal regulations, compliance, and security standards, particularly in government or IRS-related projects. 7. Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices in Pega environments. 8. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Prior experience supporting IRS or other federal agencies. 2.
