From: Jaffar, ATVS [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant Location:Houston,TX hybrid, 3days in office Contract Position Summary: Westlake Corporation is on the lookout for a seasoned SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant with a solid track record of over 10 years in supply chain processes and extensive expertise in SAP's suite of SCM applications. The consultant will be instrumental in building KPIs & Metrics to optimize our supply chain operations, including logistics, procurement, and inventory management. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution, Material Management, Production Planning, Extended Warehouse Management, Controlling, and Product Costing. Act like a Liaison between Internal Business Users, Supply Chain Planning team and technical team ( Snowflake database and Power BI) . Key Responsibilities: Build and develop KPIs and metrics to measure supply chain efficiency, such as On-time & In-full delivery and Plan adherence. Serve as a liaison between internal business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of supply chain data requirements. Collaborate with ABAP developers to design and build data extracts necessary for creating supply chain metrics. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the technical team to implement. Utilize expertise in SAP SCM modules to provide insights into best practices for KPI and metrics development. Ensure the integration of supply chain plan data from Kinaxis into Snowflake is optimized for KPI and metrics creation. Leverage Power BI for the visualization and reporting of supply chain data to stakeholders. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with supply chain objectives. Support the continuous improvement of supply chain processes through data-driven insights and analytics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience with more than 10 years in SAP SCM. Demonstrated experience as an SAP SCM Consultant with in-depth knowledge of supply chain processes. Proficiency in SAP SCM modules, including MM, SD, PP, EWM, CO, and CO-PC. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Modelling HANA Views will be helpful. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including nearshore and offshore resources. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address SAP SCM module-related issues. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently. Exceptional documentation skills for clear and concise project communication. SAP certification is a plus.
