Troubleshooting & Optimization: Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing wireless network issues, optimizing performance (e.g., RF interference, channel utilization, roaming), and ensuring high availability. Security: Knowledge of wireless security best practices, including WPA/WPA2/WPA3 encryption and secure guest access management. Automation & Orchestration: Experience with network automation tools and orchestration platforms (e.g., Cisco DNA Center) for efficient network operations.
