Job Title: Product Owner / Business Analyst Banking Domain Location: Chicago, Illinois (Local candidates preferred) Employment Type: Full-time (H1B candidates eligible)Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Product Owner / Business Analyst with expertise in the Banking domain, specifically in FIS Digital One solutions and Bank Teller systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and product managers to define product requirements, manage the product backlog, and ensure the successful delivery of banking solutions. A strong understanding of FIS Digital One and Bank Teller operations is essential to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership & Backlog Management: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (including business and technical teams) to define and prioritize features and requirements for FIS Digital One solutions and Bank Teller systems. Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from business stakeholders within the banking domain, translating them into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation of features, updates, and enhancements for Digital One and Bank Teller systems. FIS Digital One Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of FIS Digital One to ensure that the platform is configured and optimized to meet business needs, including digital banking services, payment solutions, and customer interactions. Bank Teller Systems: Understand and manage Bank Teller system workflows and the integration between digital solutions and physical banking operations. Feature Definition & Roadmap: Define product features, build product roadmaps, and ensure alignment with overall business goals and customer needs. Ensure product deliverables meet business objectives and timelines. Agile Methodology: Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and development teams to ensure timely delivery of functional products. Stakeholder Communication: Engage with key stakeholders (internal and external) to understand and resolve business challenges, ensuring the products continued success and evolution. Quality Assurance & User Testing: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that product features meet defined acceptance criteria, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution. Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to internal teams and end-users on the new functionalities and enhancements in FIS Digital One and Bank Teller systems.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst in the Banking domain. Hands-on experience with FIS Digital One, including configuration, implementation, and management of digital banking solutions. Experience with Bank Teller systems and knowledge of teller workflows and operations. Proven ability to gather requirements, define user stories, and manage product backlogs. Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive product improvements. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both business and technical teams. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of banking operations, including customer accounts, transaction processing, and payment systems.Preferred Skills: Experience working with FIS Digital One implementation or integration in a financial services organization. Knowledge of Core Banking systems, digital banking, and payment gateways. Experience with banking regulations and compliance requirements, such as AML, KYC, and PCI DSS. Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM)). Experience with JIRA or similar project management and collaboration tools.
